Stu Holden

Stu Holden is a former pro soccer star turned top-tier sports broadcaster. He won two MLS Cups with the Houston Dynamo, represented the U.S. at the 2008 Olympics and 2010 World Cup, and earned Bolton Wanderers’ Player of the Year in the English Premier League before injuries cut his career short.

Now FOX Sports’ Lead Game Analyst, Holden has called the biggest moments in global soccer, including the 2018 and 2022 FIFA World Cup finals. Known for his sharp analysis and infectious energy, he's become one of the most respected voices in the sport.

Off the field, Stu is a proud husband to Karalyn and father to two young budding soccer stars, Kennady and Remington. He and Karalyn are passionate about giving back and advocating for the next generation of female athletes. They’ve invested in Unrivaled and serve on the Impact Board for Angel City FC, championing equity and opportunity in sports.

Stu and his 9-year-old daughter, Kennady, are honored to co-host this special evening in support of the Alex Morgan Foundation. Kennady—a budding soccer player and model—and her dad are beyond excited to bring their energy, laughter, and love to the stage. This cause is especially meaningful to them, as the Foundation’s mission to empower young girls and open doors through soccer and beyond is one they deeply believe in. Together, they’re proud to help shine a spotlight on the next generation of confident, strong female leaders.
